Barefoot Massage sessions are focused on finding restriction patterns in your tissue that contribute to your main complaint of pain or discomfort.

HOW USING THE FEET AS A TOOL MAKES THIS DIFFERENT: because we use our feet, the broader pressure does not have that mentality of “stab and drag thru your muscles with an elbow or thumb until you cry.” We use our feet because it diffuses the pressure & doesn’t trigger your pain response, in the same way, a smaller tool like fingers/elbows/thumbs would.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

A 30% retention fee will be charged at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is applied toward the cost of your session. We respectfully request 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling. The retention fee is non-refundable and is at the discretion of the provider when rescheduling.
